New paintings award promotes creative well-being and therapeutic

The Ottawa Paintings Gallery (OAG) and Ottawa Hospital have launched a model new prize that focuses on the therapeutic vitality of paintings.

Catherine Sinclair, deputy director and chief curator on the OAG, knowledgeable The Sam Laprade Current on July 20 that the TRIAS paintings prize gives a platform to artists regionally and will have their paintings change into part of the Ottawa Hospital assortment.
